Our Homecare Managers monitor and review all carers weekly to check performance and ensure that communication channels are maintained throughout the company.
We provide regular and relevant training to all our staff to inform their daily practice in bid of providing safe care services. We constantly assess our staff to discover training needs and subsequently meet this need.
Arrangements are made for all staff to gain NVQ trainings leading to career progression which also prompts motivation.
