Our Staff

Our care workers are our finest asset so we invest heavily in their development. After a rigorous registration procedure, with full referencing and police checks, everyone on the team receives comprehensive mandatory and specialist training.

All our staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety.

Our recruitment is based on equal opportunity. We have staff of various background and we provide regular on-going support and training for our staff in order to provide a high-quality service at all times.

All our staff are DBS checked.

In addition, all our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an QCF (former NVQ) in Health and Social Care.

In addition to our adherence to national standards with regards to staff requirement, we groom our staff to demonstrate our culture beliefs and mission.

As service user’s prerogative, we train our staff to a very high standard to meet care outcomes and ameliorate wellbeing which creates a good customer experience.

Further to the annual mandatory training, we endeavour to train our staff to undertake specialised trainings such as Freego Pump to facilitate effective care delivery.

Our drive to support our carers to embark on career progression has a way of producing a high technical know-how in their role.

Since the company take cognisance of differentiation/individual differences, we are able to match appropriate staff to prospective service users to provide a seamless service.
